BioThis journal came out of my personal interest in health issues, especially as I'm a fat woman (BMI>30) who wants to stay healthy as possible. Over time it mutated into a personal record of my own health and weight issues. So while there are some public entries earlier on, those since March 2008 onwards are all private are mostly private, unless something really notable occurs to me. Then I'll share it with you all.
